I found  some jumble in checkinstall script.
These confusion can be checked in the state which shows below.

When I type "10" here, checkinstall echo as follows,

and wroted some lines ricochet off provided features.
And when I type "11" here, checkinstall echo as follows.

Notes are ricochet off requirements in this time
